Ever wonder what it would be like to have a computer downloaded into your brain?

In NBC’s “Chuck,” Charles “Chuck” Bartowski gains the knowledge of the Intersect, a database of CIA information programmed into his brain, which gives him the power to be part of the CIA. However, not all goes smoothly with the Intersect, and various foes come in his way.

With the help of his team, spies Sarah Walker and John Casey, as well as his best friend Morgan Grimes and his family, Chuck learns to wield his powers to become a real spy.

Now on its fifth season, “Chuck” has returned with Chuck- sans Intersect, again. After having the Intersect taken away from him at the end of the fourth season, he is back to having the mind of a civilian. While some of the plot-lines become redundant, the show as a whole is an enjoyable one. Even with ratings significantly lower than the first season, a select audience has continued to tune into the NBC show.

With a widespread audience target, the show is one many can enjoy. From action-packed scenes of the high stakes spy missions, to the sweeter moments between Chuck and his spy partner Sarah Walker, the show has something for everybody.

The cast of the characters is well chosen, from the serious, reserved Alex Baldwin as John Casey, to the bumbling best friend Joshua Gomez, casted as Morgan Grimes.

“Chuck” is a comedic show that will be able to keep entertaining for years to come with its novelty, characters and variety of genres within each episode coming alive.
