Audrey Mika’s covers do justice to the original songs

If you’re interested in artists like Billie Eilish or Ariana Grande, then you should check out YouTube artist Audrey Mika. She posts covers of popular songs frequently, in addition to her original music.

Her soft, angelic voice fits well for many slow songs; however, her singing is a unique and interesting take for covering upbeat pop songs as well. 

Many mainstream song covers are over auto-tuned and polished in an attempt to sound as close to the original as possible, but Mika uses minimal editing, which makes her high-range and in-tune pitch even more impressive.  

Her videos have numerous shticks that add personality to her covers. Even when she is just sitting in front of her camera recording a simple cover, she uses gags such as singing into a neon plastic microphone and using paper clips as jewelry that make her come off as much more down-to-earth than other cover artists.
