The girls' track team recently faced off against Milpitas in its third meet of the season on March 21. Although the team lost, senior Maya Nag placed first in both the 1600m race and 3200m race with times of 5:41.09 and 12:26.71, respectively. In addition, senior Jennifer Jin placed first in the 100m hurdles race with a time of 17.75.

This May, eight track athletes will be participating in the high school decathlon and heptathlon competition at Mount Sac High in Walnut, a town of 30,000 just outside of Los Angeles.

Early in the season, boys' lacrosse players are finding out their strengths and weaknesses.

From starting lacrosse as a freshman with absolutely no experience, senior Bria Lee now has become one of the captains and best midfielders for the team.
